I have proudly been part of Home Base Care Services for the past 32 years, and the last 20 years with Lutheran Social Services. I helped establish and grow services in the Cochise and Santa Cruz areas, going door to door and serving some of the most vulnerable and challenging clients in both counties. Now I am the director for Pima, Santa Cruz and Cochise.

Throughout my career, I have always believed in being actively involved in the community and advocating for those who no longer have a voice or are unable to express their own needs. Serving others with dignity, compassion, and respect has always been at the center of my work.

Within the Aging and Disability Program, we currently serve approximately 600 clients with the support of 290 dedicated caregivers and 14 office staff members. It is both an honor and a privilege to work alongside such a committed team. My mission every day is to support, value, and retain our employees while ensuring we continue to provide the highest quality of care to the individuals and families we serve.

Caring for others is not just my profession — it is my life’s purpose and passion.
