At Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest, we know that stability does not happen on its own. It is built, step by step, when people choose to act together, especially in moments of disruption.

Fiscal Year 2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) challenged us to respond in new ways. As needs shifted across the communities we serve, we took time to reflect, adapt, and strengthen how our work shows up where it matters most. These changes allowed us to focus our efforts, respond more effectively, and continue delivering support during times of uncertainty.

Together, we worked to stabilize lives impacted by disruption. When refugee resettlement halted, you helped ensure families already here were supported. When neighbors faced uncertainty with family stability, food access, caregiving, or employment, you helped provide steadiness during transition.

Because of your partnership, change did not interrupt our mission - it clarified it. Thank you for standing with us, trusting us through change, and continuing to lead with compassion as Partners in Action.
