Jackie Halleen brings more than two decades of Leadership experience, most recently serving as President and Chief Business Officer for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, following previous executive leadership roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Mission Officer, Senior Vice President of Retail Operations, Vice President of Retail, and Retail Training Director.

While serving as Chief Mission Officer, Ms. Halleen oversaw Job Training and Placement for both internal and public job seekers, and the establishment and operations of two Adult High Schools. She is a visionary leader whose innovation and strategic expertise helped establish Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona as a top retailer in the state while expanding its community outreach to unprecedented levels.

Throughout her tenure, she oversaw the organization's Retail, Marketing, Asset Protection, and Mission Services. Prior to joining Goodwill, Ms. Halleen spent 15 years in the fashion industry, worked for nine years with a major thrift company, she developed a boutique thrift organization in Fort Lauderdale, and owned a wholesale clothing business.
