Joysue Crochet Queen.jpg

Joysue is one of Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest’s talented clients and Sierra Vista’s “Crochet Queen,” She has been with LSS-SW for two years and receives one and half hours of housekeeping assistance by Direct Care Worker Angelica Miranda on a weekly basis. Joysue stays busy making crochet needles dance between her nimble fingers, creating wonderful blankets, vests, and lap covers for other LSS-SW clients.

Joysue is grateful for Angelica, who helps with cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, sweeping and mopping, even doing a load of laundry for her. Thankful for the support, Joysue believes in “paying it forward.” We are so grateful that she generously allows our agency and clients to be recipients of her beautiful crochet gifts.
