Erika Gonzalez

Director of Finance

Erika Gonzalez joined Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in July 2019 and now serves as Director of Finance. Gonzalez leads key financial operations, with a focus on accounts receivable and payroll functions. In this role, Erika focuses on maintaining strong financial processes, supporting program operations, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to help support families and individuals across Arizona.

Before joining LSS-SW, Erika built her experience in accounting and financial operations across multiple industries. Most recently, she served as an Accounting Clerk at Albertsons Companies, where she supported daily accounting processes. She also brings experience in payroll administration, accounts receivable management, and financial compliance.
