Erika Crepinsek joined Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest in 2015 and returned as Director of Human Resources and Administration in 2025. She leads human capital and administrative operations, focusing on aligning people strategy with the LSS-SW mission to ensure staff feel empowered to serve communities across Arizona.

Drawing upon an extensive corporate background, she previously led HR for the Arizona team at GardaWorld, a global leader in security and logistics. Prior to this, she held key roles within Learning and Development at Massage Envy Franchising LLC and the Cold Stone Creamery Area Developer group, where she consistently drove operational excellence.

Erika holds an MBA from American Public University System and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP). She is dedicated to cultivating high-performance workplace cultures where mission-driven teams can truly flourish.
