Erika Crepinsek serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest, where she leads human capital and administrative operations. Her focus is on aligning people strategy with the LSS-SW mission, ensuring employees are positioned for success as they serve communities across Arizona.

Drawing upon an extensive background in leadership, Erika previously led Human Resources for the Arizona division of GardaWorld, a global leader in security and logistics. Prior to that, she held leadership roles in Learning and Development with Massage Envy Franchising LLC and the Cold Stone Creamery Area Developer group, where she drove organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and operational excellence.

Erika holds an MBA from the American Public University System and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute. She is dedicated to cultivating high-performance workplace cultures where mission-driven teams can truly flourish.
