Bobby Ghisolfo is the President & CEO of Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest, where he leads one of Arizona's largest nonprofit organizations dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through compassionate, mission-driven services. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning both the financial services and nonprofit sectors, Bobby has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, driving organizational growth, and creating cultures rooted in trust, accountability, collaboration, and servant leadership.

Before joining LSS-SW, Bobby served in executive leadership roles with Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada and Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona, where he led large, complex operations, expanded community partnerships, and implemented innovative strategies that increased organizational impact. His leadership philosophy centers on listening first, investing in people, and empowering others to reach their full potential.

As President & CEO, Bobby is focused on strengthening relationships with employees, donors, congregations, community partners, and the Board of Directors while building on LSS-SW's strong legacy of service. He is passionate about leadership development, organizational excellence, and ensuring the organization continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of those it serves across Arizona.
