Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest is a nonpartisan organization. We do not endorse, support, or oppose any political party or candidate for public office. Our focus is always on the people and communities we serve, and we work with leaders, partners, and neighbors from across the political spectrum to meet needs and build stronger communities. When we speak on public policy, we speak only on issues that affect our mission and the people we serve. We never speak on behalf of any party or candidate. Staff, volunteers, and board members are free to hold and share their own political views. When they do, we ask them to make clear that those views are their own and not the views of LSS-SW. By keeping personal views separate from our work, we protect the trust our community places in us.
