Jannelle Radoccia serves as the Division Director of Family and Community Services at Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest, where she provides strategic leadership for Family Resource Centers, Foster Care Programs, and Family Friend & Neighbor (FFN) Caregiver Training. With more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education, family strengthening, and community systems development, Jannelle is passionate about building programs that empower families, strengthen communities, and create lasting opportunities for children to thrive.

Since joining LSS-SW in 2012, Jannelle has led the growth and expansion of multiple family-serving programs, overseeing strategic planning, contract management, budgeting, quality assurance, program development, and community partnerships. She provides leadership to multidisciplinary teams, develops innovative services that respond to community needs, and works collaboratively with public agencies, schools, healthcare organizations, faith communities, and nonprofit partners to improve outcomes for children and families across Arizona.

Throughout her career, Jannelle has dedicated herself to advancing the fields of early childhood and family support. Before joining LSS-SW, she served in leadership roles directing early childhood centers, family life ministries, and educational programs, while also working as an Early Childhood Outreach Specialist and Adjunct Faculty member at Rio Salado College. Her experience spans program administration, workforce development, parent education, child development, and community capacity building.

Jannelle holds a bachelor's degree in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College with specializations in Early Childhood and Play, Language, and Literacy. She has completed graduate coursework in Family Life Education through Concordia University and earned the Family Development Leadership Credential from the University of Connecticut. A certified trainer in the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support, Bringing the Protective Factors to Life in Your Work, Developmentally Appropriate Practice, and Active Parenting, she is a sought-after presenter who has shared her expertise at state and national conferences on child development, family strengthening, community collaboration, and child abuse prevention.

A recognized leader in Arizona's early childhood and family support systems, Jannelle has served on numerous statewide advisory councils and professional organizations, including First Things First, the National Network of Family Strengthening Networks, the Maricopa Family Support Alliance, and the Arizona Triple P Stakeholders. She is deeply committed to strengthening protective factors, developing collaborative community partnerships, and mentoring the next generation of leaders dedicated to serving children and families.
